Can I upgrade my ticket from General Access to VIP?
Yes, simply purchase a ‘VIP Upgrade’ from our ticket shop. Be sure to download both your original and upgrade ticket when coming to wristband collection as we will need to scan them both in order to issue you your VIP wristband.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact our ticketing partner at support@howler.co.za to request a refund – if you would like to inform us of your request you are welcome to include us in your email at hello@plettrage.co.za
How Much are Plett Rage Passports?
Our passports are priced in phases, meaning the earlier you book your spot the more cost effective it will be! You can see a full list of this year’s passport pricing on our Tickets Page.
How can I give my parents peace of mind about my safety during Plett Rage?
It’s natural that your parents will be concerned about you being away from home for so long – for many of you, it’s the first time in your lives. We know it can be tough for them, so we highly recommend letting them read through the safety section of our website to familiarise themselves with everything we do to keep you safe during your time with us.
If they still have concerns, we encourage parents and guardians to reach out to us directly. We’re happy to answer any questions and help ease their minds.
What is an RFID?
Each wristband is fitted with a square chip called an RFID. This is not only used to store your cashless credit and make payments, but also holds your personal information, such as your name, emergency contact, and any medical details you choose to share with us when registering your ticket.
This chip can be scanned by any of our staff throughout the festival should you need help of any kind, giving parents and guardians peace of mind that they can always be easily contacted by their children if needed.
How can I best educate my child on safety at Plett Rage?
Although we take every possible precaution to ensure the safety of each and every Rager, the process of education really does begin at home. We strongly encourage all parents to start open and honest conversations with their children about partying responsibly. By discussing topics such as alcohol consumption openly, you can help prepare your child to behave responsibly and take care of themselves during their time with us.
We also highly recommend going through our safety page together to ensure you’re both familiar with our procedures.
